They also are quick to answer questions regarding specifics of their merchandise. Their shipping is quick and their customer service is responsive when things arrive damaged. I needed a simple Single Vanity, and found this at the top of the search. I can see why it is so popular. The Single Vanity is PeRFeCt. Yes I'm screaming but this is a great Single Vanity. If I ever need another color, I will buy happily. It also fits true to its size. I bought my usual as well as a size, and the usual fit perfectly.

Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.

I got the furniture and it is so good! I love the Single Vanity details and the quality is pretty good too. I also like the overall size, I like how the color is versatile enough to carry for all seasons. I especially love it. Definitely recommend!

Wayfair is my favorite home decor site. I was confused by all of the low scores and thought perhaps they were being unfairly reviewed. When examining the dates of the low scores, it appears that people are most upset with having to wait for their stuff which to me is an unfair criticism in light of Covid. They had promotional free shipping on returns earlier this year which was really nice, but I get why that can be costly for the company.

I initially ordered two barstools but for some reason there was miscommunication between csr/dispatching department and the warehouse (I assume).
